Our Process for Weddings
When should one start planning the floral part of the wedding? I suggest calling at least six months in advance, that way your date is secured and you can relax. Having said that you may call anytime!
What is the first step? The first thing to do is to schedule a consultation with Henri. Contact here. Look for bouquets and centerpieces that you like so that you can show Henri. A picture is worth a thousand words!
What should I expect at the consultation? During that time she will listen to your likes, wishes and wants. She will want to know about your style, color choices, favorite flowers, linens, general logistics and specific requests.
Do I get a written proposal? You can expect a written proposal within two weeks of the consultation.
If I want to move forward, what should I do? After agreeing to the proposal Henri will send you a contract. If you wish to secure her services, simply sign the contract and the date will be yours.
Who will be there the day of the wedding to set up the flowers? Typically, Henri and her team of experienced florists will set up. You may choose to pick up the arrangements.
