![]() Turning 80 years old is quite a milestone and indeed reason to celebrate! These centerpieces feature the unique interests, hobbies and favorite things of the our birthday chap. Here are some of my most loved designs - Chocoholic, Orchid Lover and Photographer. Photos courtesy of Scott Lasky Photography Summer, here on the gorgeous coast of California, has clearly arrived!
What better way to celebrate (and create darling centerpieces) than with vibrant parasols and paper lanterns?! Mix and match oranges, yellows and turquoise (clearly my new favourite colour, it’s all over my home) and see what transpires – in this case a bevy of bright and beautiful combinations that suggest sun, sand and surf. -Henri These cowboy boots are the perfect touch for a country western mitzvah, barbecue, cowboy party or country chic wedding! I love the contrast of black leather boots as a prop for the brightly colored sunflowers, purple matusumoto and statice. The rustic wooden fence, hay, and lantern complete the western feel. Sweet fuchsia butterflies settle amidst birch branches, hydrangea, stock, heather, wax flowers and gorgeous roses. Spring is here!
![]() In 1557, a gentleman by the name of Thomas Tusser wrote: Sweet April showers Do spring May flowers This short and sweet rhyme has a beautiful underlying message worth sharing. “April showers bring May flowers” is a reminder that even the most unpleasant of things, in this case the heavy rains of April, can bring about very enjoyable things indeed – in this case, an abundance of flowers in May. (Although, we actually love the rain!) “April showers bring May flowers” is a lesson in patience, and one that remains valid to this day. Tableart's latest design brings Alice in Wonderland to your table. Stacked tea cups, red roses and vintage bottles create a whimsical twist on this classic theme. Your guests have indeed "fallen through the rabbit hole" and entered a Mad Hatter's Tea Party! We had a lot of fun setting this up at the Fairmont in San Francisco!
