This floral was created with some specific specs.... it was to be placed on a long, narrow wooden table in a Mexican restaurant and had to liven up some rather dull decor. Since the celebration was a husband's birthday we didn't want it to be too soft or feminine. So, thinking chile peppers and a sunny climate we washed the box with a thin coat of blue and popped in some vibrant shades with just a hint of greenery. Mission accomplished and we had one very happy wife!
